John Weston B.B.S(C.A) ATAINZ

With over 25 years experience in business accounting and taxation work and as a small business owner,   I take a personal interest in each client.   I believe this gives clients confidence in our service and helps us to meet their needs on  a more individual basis.  My main areas of expertise include Small business structures and Trusts.

Prior to starting Weston & Associates Limited, I held various roles both in business and in several prominent Chartered Accountancy firms (specialising in Small to Medium business).

When I get a chance, on the golf course I play to a 5 handicap and sometimes enjoy a game with clients.

 

 

Ainslie Eaton - Accountant

With extensive previous C.A. experience and many years with Weston & Associates,

I enjoy a challenge in  the day to day problem solving involved with helping clients with their businesses.

Married with two children and a large dog my interests include shopping...and especially Italian Shoes and

travel.  

 

 

 

Karen Davidson - Accountant

With many years experience working for several prominent C.A. firms I enjoy the day to day interaction with clients and getting a great result for them.

Married with one child I confess to being a great rugby follower and in particular the All Blacks!  

 

 

Margaret Dickie - Accountant

After returning to from many years working in the UK in Accounting firms and in Business it is great to see a variety of clients and work to complete.  No day is ever the same!

Married with grown children here and overseas I can often be found cycling to and from work or in the weekends out and about rediscovering our great city under "peddle power". 

 

 

Monita Patel - Administration

My experience in C.A. firms is extensive and although I am the friendly voice on the phone I am involved in so much more!

I enjoy getting things working smoothly, finding ways of doing things more efficiently or improving existing systems. 

Married to an Accountant, and running a busy household with two children,  I have many hats!

 

 

 

Kathy Weston - Administration

Kathy assists Monita on the reception counter and is involved in the systems within the office ensuring a smooth operation.  

With experience in a sales role with larger firms and in running her own small business, she likes to keep busy and is a friendly voice at the end of the phone.

Married to John with two grown children she has a penchant for travel and a good glass of red wine (not necessarily in that order).
